About Me

My name is Audrey.  I am married with two beautiful children.  I am 25 years old and a graduate of UNC Asheville with a degree in biology.  I have always had a love of animals and have worked with them for years, from kennel work back in highschool to management with Petsmart Inc., and now grooming.  I attended UNCA in hopes of later going to veterinary school, only to learn that I wasn't so much into the "medical" aspect of working with animals as much as just the love and play aspect!  I completed my degree in biology focusing mainly on animal biology and planned to base my career around animals in some other way - perhaps a zoo or aquarium.  I was working as a Pet Care Manager for Petsmart Inc, but after having my daughter decided the long hour were not for me - and stumbled upon the grooming department.  I LOVE the work and am very passionate about it.  I was trained through the Petsmart Academy program by a Nationally Certified Master Groomer and have been grooming since then.  I own 4 dogs of my own as well as a cat, so I know what it means to love your animals just as if they were your children.  Rest assured your pet is in loving hands with me!
